Abstract: Among all the Dolomite groups, the Brenta one has a variety of environments, panoramas and hiking and mountaineering possibilities that perhaps has no equal. From the splendid valleys surrounded by mighty rock walls such as Val d'Ambiéz, Val Brenta, Val delle Seghe, Valle di S. Maria Flavona, Val di Tovel, to the daring ledge routes that cut through vertiginous walls and exceed 3000m meters. Hundreds of peaks and bell towers, dominated by giants such as Cima Brenta, Cima Tosa, Crozzon di Brenta, Torre di Brenta and Pietra Grande, embellished by the superb boldness and beauty of the Campanile Basso. And, as if such beauty weren't enough to make the Campiglio Valley attractive, the purely dolomitic eastern slope is accompanied by a western slope with alpine characteristics. Here the high peaks dotted with pleasant glacial lakes of the Presanella and Adamello Groups dominate, a world of meadows, rocks and water that fills the eyes with colors and the soul with peace.
